The SL2500 series frequency synthesizers, targeted for the expanding Telecom markets, provide low phase noise, -90 to -105 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, for frequency bands from 900 to 2500 MHz. Offering step sizes down to 1 kHz and high hit phase immunity. The 2.50" x 2.10"x .50" package includes serial programming, internal IFLO, +5.0 volt operation and either an internal or external reference frequency.
